Olive oil and other goodies

The chicken shawarma was dry and lacked flavors, but the hummus was
earthy and delicious. The olive oil, liberally drizzled on top of the
hummus, exploded with a pungently strong but aromatic intensity. It is
most certainly one of the best olive oils I have had in years, if not ever.
