Create Asian Gourmet (新意汇)
CW3, Beijing.

Hong Kong-style pork chop rice. Pork chop was juicy and not
overcooked. The sauce had a balanced combination of sweetness and
tartness. The rice bed could use a little extra egg, but otherwise the
combination yielded a solid B+.

Guo's meatballs (郭家摔丸子). This meatball is tender and juicy, with a
hint of melted fat for roundedness and chopped liver for taste. The
five-spices adds an extra kick to the amazing concoction.

Rating: 1 star to Guo's meatballs.
