The bone-in ribeye was cooked as ordered (medium rare). The meat was
suitably succulent and tender, with the kind of heavy beef tones
typical of this type of dry-aged beef. The pre-plating broil was
perhaps just a tad too intense, yielding a crust that bordered towards
the bitter side. Nevertheless, the overall execution was definitely
well above average in this city not known for offering good beef.
