hint of melted fat for roundedness and chopped liver for taste. The
five-spices adds an extra kick to the amazing concoction.

Roast beef sandwich, in an idyllic environment. The bread was lightly
pressed, but didn't heat up enough to melt the cheese underneath.

Pork intestines, simmered in a hot spicy soup base. The intestines
were thoroughly cleaned and cooked to an al dente perfection. A Hunan
delicacy, and perfect with rice and plenty of beer.
