Hokkien mee is the signature dish here. Cooked with old charcoal fire, it should impart a sweet, dense flavor from soy sauce and a tinge of smokiness from the charcoal. Unfortunately, as reviewed, it is rather a let-down as it is devoid of any characteristics. Beef noodle and stir-fry morning glory, on the other hand, are quite up to par. Sauces are all-you-can-consume, and are quite delicious.
